Berried Delight!

Tomorrow we will be celebrating Easter with my sister's family and my parents. For desert, I made Berried Delight. I also made the "light" version--hopefully it will still taste great!

Berried Delight
1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
Mix well and press into 9x13 pan. Chill for 15 minutes.

1 8 oz. pkg. light or fat free cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 T. milk
1 small tub whipped topping
Mix cream cheese, sugar and milk until very creamy. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust.

2 c. strawberries (or any berries of your choice)
Slice and place over fluffy mixture.

2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. skim milk
Mix well and spread over strawberries.
Chill overnight or for several hours. Spread top with more whipped topping before serving.
