Our Memorial Day Treat

We always have something special for Memorial Day, so this year we decided to make a really fun Strawberry Fluff Cake. I looked for a recipe, but couldn't really find one we thought we'd like. I decided to take a risk and make up our own version. I used a recipe for fruit dip and turned it into our filling. It was yummy!

Here's the recipe:
For the cake: Bake one white cake mix in two 9 in. round pans. Use milk instead of water for a super moist cake. Let cakes cool and cut each in half.

For the filling: Fold together one tub of whipped topping and one carton of Yoplait Thick and Creamy Yogurt. (This kind really makes a nice thick mixture--not runny!)

To assemble: Place first layer on the cake platter and top with 1/4 filling mixture. Top generously with slice strawberries. Repeat this for the next two layers. On the top of the last layer, frost with a creamy white frosting and top with more strawberries.

Enjoy!
