When I saw the colors pop in the broccoli and tomatoes, I seriously got giddy happy about this meal!
(I know...I need a life!)
This was the most refreshing summer meal.
It's super simple but packed full of flavor.
The kids couldn't get enough!
We just prepared some whole-wheat penne, added a head of cut of broccoli for the last minute of cooking, drained it well, and added fresh diced tomatoes, basil from our garden, and a little garlic salt.
The kids had a little parmesan on the top which always makes everything *perfect* in their cheesy-loving book!
